We want you to love what you ordered. Since our products are made to order, returns work a little differently than with mass-produced items.
Before returning anything
Please contact us before sending any items back.
To start a return or replacement request, email [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your order and include:
- Your order number
- A short explanation of the issue
- Photos, if the item is damaged, misprinted, or incorrect
Please don’t send items back without reaching out first. We’ll review your request and let you know the next steps.
What’s eligible for a return or replacement
Because items are printed on demand, we accept returns or replacements for:
- Items that arrive damaged
- Misprinted or defective items
- Incorrect items received
What’s not eligible
We’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for:
- Wrong size ordered
- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
- Normal wear and tear
This matches our production partner’s policy and helps keep prices fair for everyone.
Return instructions
If your request is approved, we’ll email you with instructions. In some cases, a return shipment may be required. In others, we may offer a replacement or refund without needing the item sent back.
Refunds and replacements
Once approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Replacements are sent at no extra cost
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on our end.

At this time, we only ship within the United States.
